STOCKHOLM, Sweden, February 18, 2021 \u2013 Following the recent opening of DigitalRoute\u2019s office in Japan, DigitalRoute and SAP will work closely together to enable 5G monetization in Japan for both communications service providers (CSPs) and other industries. For CSPs, by combining SAP\u2019s solutions with DigitalRoute\u2019s Usage Data Platform, businesses can launch 5G business models that provide new sources of usage-based revenue.<\/span><\/p>\n

DigitalRoute, an SAP Solution Extension (SOLEX) partner since 2012, helps hundreds of SAP customers to quickly and accurately monetize usage data through its Usage Data Platform \u2013 known in SAP\u2019s portfolio as SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute (CM). DigitalRoute is also part of SAP\u2019s 5G Innovation Council, a cross-industry collaborative council of SAP customers. The council pulls together CSPs, hardware manufacturers, software companies, and equipment providers to explore innovative 5G business models.<\/span><\/p>\n
